Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

    Return Shipping Policy

    UAE Customers:
    We offer free returns. 

    International Customers (Outside UAE):
    Return shipping costs, customs duties, and any other charges must be covered by the Customer.
    To initiate a return, please email us at shop@labohemeofficial.com, and our customer care team will guide you through the process.

    Important Note:
    If a shipment is held in customs for more than 14 days and is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for all return-related charges. In such cases, we will issue store credit after deducting return shipping fees, duties, and taxes.

          Exchange Policy

  • UAE Customers:
  • You may exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order, including faulty products.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

          Faulty or Damaged Items:

  • Please notify our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, you will receive a confirmation email.

International Customers:

  • We currently do not offer free exchanges for international orders.

  • To exchange an item, please process it as a return and place a new order for the desired item.

         Damaged Items:

  • We take pride in ensuring your sunglasses arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll get you a replacement right away.

         Incorrect Items:

  • Oops! If you received the wrong item or size, don't worry! Just contact us, and we'll take care of everything to get you the correct sunglasses as soon as possible.

         Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email about the approval status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
  • Please note that processing times for refunds may vary depending on your bank.
